[OU] Weird flash-off effect

Could anyone please have a look at http://www.newsmill.se/artikel/2009/05/11/tomas-
norstrom-knappast-javig-av-att-vara-medlem-hos-oss and tell me why flash off gives this 
effect in Opera 9.24: The place for the flash application at the top of the page shows up 
as a still image, which cannot be scrolled off screen. Scrolling makes the page vanish 
under the image. I loose about a third of my window this way.

I have cookies on, enable frames, enable javascript, et c (a simplification).
