I don't know whether it's technically possible, but as a *user* I would
like to ask you to think carefully before you mail an entire page to
somebody. For several reasons, links are usually more appreciated.
Of course someone has considered this already... but not all web pages are
static. News pages display without a significant URL (that I can see) Some
web pages have scripts that generate results on the fly and thus don't have
a unique URL. These web pages I would like to send in toto. Some times I
save the page to a PDF and email that. (cutePDF is a handy tool for this).
Anyway, there are reasons (good reasons) to send entire web pages. Sometimes
a link just wont do.
Now you have a valid point on all the non-essential content. If THAT could
be filtered out before sending...
