[OU] SENT folder empty mostly

As suggested, I selected "view" and found that the "forever" option is
already
chosen (has diamond-like shape to the left of it).
There are only eight "sent" emails: two from 6/25, and the other six are
from the past three days.
There should be many more, and over many months.
Any other way to solve this problem?
