[OU] Download and installation problem, v. 1.1 :-)

I forgot to tell: the downloader wants to download the file INSTMSIA.EXE
from http://installengine.com/Msiengine20/instmsia.exe

Why should that be needed?

*googling*

It seems it is a Windows program. (See below.) I never needed it before,
so why should I need it now? Do I *have* to install the version in the
link below? *nnng*
