File --> Import and Export --> Export Opera Contacts. In the file save
dialog select LDIF file and import the LDIF file in thunderbird.

But if I don't remember correct thunderbird allows you to import opera
cantacts on the first start up. And in that case you can probably find
that import wizzard somewhere in the UI.
