Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/

Go to "opera:plugins" and check what plugins you have installed. If you  
have both Flash 10 and earlier versions you can for instance rename the  
plugin you don't want to use to a "npswf32.dll.disabled" (windows).
