[OU] Using tinyurl (in 9.63)

Long ago, clicking on the tinyurl button not only automatically 
created the tiny link but also automatically placed it on the 
clipboard. For a long time, this has not worked, and I thought it had 
something to do with this feature no longer working with the latest 
version of Java or Javascript. Last week I discovered that it works 
fine with two other computers, a desktop running Dutch XP Home and my 
laptop running US or UK (if there is one) Vista Home Premium.

So why can't I get it to work on my own desktop running US or UK XP 
Home? Anyone know?

PS Javascript is enabled, though not all Javascript's options are 
(some of them look a bit inadvisable).
