[OU] perpetual crashes

Have you done these:
	1. run a Registry cleaner, such as free CCleaner
	2. given full access to Opera in your firewall
	3. run another browser, such as Mozilla, to see if it also crashes
	4. checked for malware (consider using the free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware)
	5. installed any new apps immediately before installed Opera 9.64  
(possible conflict)

Isolate problem to either Opera, or internet connection (item 3. above),  
or your operating system/apps (items 1,
	4, and 5 above).
	
Maybe some of these will be helpful.
