[OU] video behavior change

	After recently upgrading, I'm experiencing a change in the way video  
plays.  The new behavior does not work well for me.  I'd like to find  
how to get back the old.

	It used to be that when I would click on a video link such as You  
Tube to open in a background tab, the page would open in that tab,  
the video would start to buffer, but it would wait until I went to  
that tab before it would start playing.

	Now if I click on a link to You Tube or some other video source to  
open in a background tab, that video will start playing while the tab  
is still in the background.  This causes no end of problems.

	How do I get the video to wait until I come to it, the way it used  
to work?   TIA.
