[OU] Chrome

Well, something else has come up now, causing me to restart my
computer. I rarely do that. Google Updater was running afterwards, so
keep an eye on that if you've uninstalled Chrome. But my problem was
with Avira, which I switched to from AVG a few months ago when AVG had a
new version that I didn't like the sound of. Avira had an error today
that I could not get rid of, something about writing a file that
couldn't be written. I decided to uninstall it and go back to AVG.
That was easier said than done, as Avira does not want to get out of the
computer. The Avira forums recommended a registry cleaner, which I also
used to remove an entry for Google Updater. AVG's installer never quit
telling me that I had another anti-virus program that needed removal,
but I installed it anyway after Belarc Advisor showed no anti-virus
program. I like CCleaner, but really don't like messing with the
registry. I wish these programs wouldn't be so invasive.
