[OU] another problematic website

Can anybody confirm that 
http://www.saabclub.nl/nl/index.php?show=nieuws&nieuws=clubnieuws#112 
doesn't work for them? I refer to the links at the top of the page. 
The editor reports that he knows it doesn't work in Mozilla FireFox 
3.0.1, but the paragraph anchors (is that what they're called in 
English?) are generated automatically by the software they use, which 
he can't get at today.
