[OU] page not visible

This site page opens blank/empty.
I ran validator and it showed code errors, so there must be something  
there, invisible.
(Cookies enabled.)
Another person not running Opera does not have this problem.
Is it because of the aspx extension?
If so, how fix?
If not, what then?
