[OU] Opening htm files

I am using Vista. Opera works perfectly except when I click on a htm, html  
or mht file which has been saved on my computer. They will not open in  
opera, I get a messagebox saying "There was a problem sending the command  
to the program". If I right-click and select "Open with" it's the same.  
However if I drag the file to Opera it opens ok.
Those file types are set to open with opera, however in Vista one does not  
have the elaborate setup of file associations that existed in XP. You can  
only change the program to open the file not set it up as in XP.
If I change the association to Firefox or IE, clicking on the file opens  
them, no problem. Any thoughts on the matter?
