[OU] Reloading Images

Does anyone else ever have trouble reloading images at times?

You know, you're looking at a blog posting that contains a little box 
with xyz.jpg in it. You right click on the box and click on Reload 
Image and nothing at all happens.

Are these failures to reload a function of what application creates the image?

This has been happening to me for several years with Opera. Most of 
the time the images reload but not always.

And why sometimes does the number of choices offered vary when right 
clicking on the little box? Sometimes I get a smaller number of 
choices (7) and sometimes the number of choices is about twice that. 
What's that all about?
