[OU] Opera Program Files Question

I have a folder called C:\Program Files\Opera\uninst\backup\ and my 
Secunia PSI program is objecting to the   module called NPSWF32.dll. 
PSI is flagging this is as an End-of-Life exception for Macromedia 
Flash 7.x. Today I updated flash for both Opera and, I think, IE7, 
but this exception persists.

NPSWF32.dll seems to be an old 7.0.19 version of Shockwave Flash and 
was created a couple of years ago. Can I safely delete this module?
