[OU] Invisible scroll bar with skin Opera standard

Under Tools | Preferences | Skins tab you can select from several
Color schemes (drop down menu, bottom left). That might help.

I found the skin "likeclarity" to my liking largely because of the
issue you mention. My color vision is not normal though.
