[OU] Invisible scroll bar with skin Opera standard

I have Opera 9.24. When I mouse over or use the scroll bar on a page, it
turns white. This makes it very difficult for me to see it and use it. It
seems that this is an effect that goes with the skin "Opera standard". (The
skin "Windows native" also has a "greying out" effect, but so much less
strong that I have no problem with it.)

Is there any way to avoid this while still keeping this skin? I could of
course choose another skin, but going "windows native" fells somewhat...
well, embarrassing. ;)
