[OU] spell check

I use the spell check quite often to check spelling for writing in  
text boxes on web pages.  It seems that the only way to access spell  
check is to get it from the edit menu.  Is there a way to create a  
keyboard shortcut or a toolbar button?   I'm using a Mac.
