[OU] The "can't open site" problem again

Hi everybody!

I got Opera 9.26 Build 8835 and i can't open the sites www.doxygen.org (respectively www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen) and www.netbsd.org.
Internet Explorer 7 opens both sites on the same machine without problems.
I can also make Opera open the sites if i use the WebVPN of my university (the packets are redirected to me).
I got Windows XP SP2 and Norton Internet Security 2008 Version 15.0.0.60.

But now it's getting strange: I got another machine with the same configuration (Windows XP SP2, NIS 2008 Version 15.0.0.60 and Opera 9.26 Build 8835) and on that machine Opera opens both sites!

I have completely no idea what's wrong.
