[OU] Link addresses not showing on tool bar or cursor

Hi,

Currently using:
Version
9.23
Build
8808
Platform
Win32
System
Windows 98
Java
Java not installed
XHTML+Voice
Plug-in not loaded

I have v9.26 but not installed it yet.

I used (previous versions) to be able to see the URL of the link I had 
my cursor on both in the "Status Bar" and attached to the cursor. Now I 
can't seem to figure out how to get that facility back. I really want to 
see the URL address BEFORE clicking on the link.

How do I do it?
