[OU] Wand stopped working?

I've been using the Wand function since it was implemented. But last
month it stopped accepting new log-ins and passwords. I'll go to  sites
where it has  worked, fill in the spaces, and log in, but nothing is
saved as a Wand function. The box is checked to have Wand save the info,
but it doesn't. Log-ins previously saved still worked. I can click Wand
it it fills in the info. I just cannot add new log-ins. 

I have another pc with Opera, same version, and it works over there -
and on the same sites. Any idea how to get Wand working again to accept
new log-ins?
