[OU] 9.50 - Transfers OS context menu

Seems this has been removed from Opera by design, hence Include,
Internal Shell is not doing what it's expected to. I did find this
post though I can't get the actual system menu to popup:

Havent noticed the actual file gets selected once an explorer window's
been opened, I guess that's a step ahead from where I was before...
