[OU] Opera 9.5 not opening web pages

I had it happen several times too.

That will fix problems with opening html files. If you need to 
fix problems with opening urls, you need to edit "URL Hypertext 
Transfer Protocol" and possibly "URL Hypertext Transfer Protocol 
with privacy" as well.
