[OU] Display and printing oddities

Okay, so I got MSIMG32.EXE, changed the name, etc., and I no longer 
get the error message.

So, here's my other oddity, which I have been struggling with for a 
few days, and which 9.50 hasn't helped.  When I go to many websites, 
e.g., www.llbean.com, it displays oddly.  The text moves to the top, 
the images are in the wrong places, and when I print out a page it 
occupies about 1 square inch at the upper left corner.  The print 
setup scaling is set to 100%, and I don't recall anything that I've 
changed that's odd.  OTOH, at 
http://lawrenceofthedesert.com/Site/Blog/Blog.html everything looks 
fine.  But the printout is still tiny.  (Printouts from Eudora are fine.)

Any ideas?
