At the end of installation I got the following message:

	The system library MSING32DLL is missing or too old,
	so certain transparency effects will be slow and
	possibly not drawn correctly.  Obtaining the library from
	a Windows ME installation and placing it in your Windows
	system directory will fix this.

There are no Windows ME installations available to me and I suspect 
that Microsoft would not smile upon my taking a copyright program 
from somebody elses's computer and instilling it on mine.
