[OU] Revert to Opera 9.27

It was foretold that on 13/06/2008 @ 10:36:09 GMT-0400 (which was
11:36:09 where I live) Bart Hansen would write:

I  also reverted back... first 5 minutes all went well.... after that:
complete freeze of my system, followed by crash upon crash.... and not
with  a  particular  page but with any random page opened...first time
since  version  3  that  i  had to revert... hope the next one is more
'what we're used to from opera': high quality.

Seems the browser war has the opera people forced into sloppy work...
to bad.
