[OU] Unwanted Stealth of Focus

It doesn't steal focus for me. It may be due to the fact that I set a preference to disable some of that behavior in javascript.

Go to preferences, Advanced, Content, and click on the JavaScript button. A window with a checklist should appear. Make sure that "allow raising of windows" is unchecked (I also unchecked "allow lowering of windows" while I was at it, although I don't think I've ever encountered it. I don't feel that a website should be controlling those things either way).
