[OU] Setting to disable Transfer tab's auto-focus

Thank you both, I cannot believe I missed that.... Never occured to me
to look under the view menu :/.  But I do agree with TjL, Show in
background should probably be the default.  At the very least, its a
setting that (to me) was impossible to find :-p
