There are different ways you can set the external email handler for Opera:
http://www.freeemailtutorials.com/operaM2/emailHandlingClient.cwd
But as long as Pegasus opens, this means that Opera "forwarded" the
command to Pegasus; it is possible that it (Pegasus) requires a "switch"
for the new mail command, e.g. %path%pegasus.exe -newMail (just a guess...)
