[OU] [Feature request] passwd to protect opera mailer

Fist I'm against to separate the 2 functions. The advantages of integration will be lost, and more memory would be wasted. Not to mention the code duplication and increased maintenance costs. For example 2 HTML processing engine needs to be in memory one for the browser and one for the M2 (to handle HTML mail).

Furthermore the low bandwidth mode can be enabled in each accounts settings, thus it will survive restarts.
Also you can set "Initial Poll Delay" value in the accounts.ini file in the mail folder this way the mail checking can be delay with several seconds after opera start.
