[OU] Weight Gain

Dear Oprah,

I am 59 and have battled my weight all my life.  Please do not beat yourself up over your weight gain.  People who don't have this problem don't understand how hard it is.  I eat when I'm upset, happy, sad.  Anything that happens is a reason to eat.  

I have got to do something with my own weight and it is very hard to commit to a program, because it has to be a life change.  Not a diet.
