[OU] menu items

I've noticed in a few sites that opera puts the headings of menu items  
vertical instead of horizontal as they should be. For example  
http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Cameras&referer=SideBar; if  
you click on "GPS Central" the blue headings in the menu are vertical, but  
the black items between are the correct orientation. There are also  
others. Firefox puts them correctly horizontal. I'm using Opera 9.6 build  
10408 but I've seen this in earlier versions.
The site http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/ displays ok.
Google Streetview pictures have "Streetview help" and "Full screen"  
vertical.
