[OU] No action when trying to access website

Hi,

when I try to access the following URL with Opera:

http://www.heise.de/newsticker/Flash-Werbebanner-manipulieren-Zwischenablage--/meldung/114474

nothing at all happens.

With "nothing" I mean literally nothing, no 404 or other error
message, no timeout...

Why is that?
