[OU] Strange website behaviour Opera 9.24

In Opera 9.24 all I see is
1) the flash "snowing image" at the top
2) a *lot* of little images with either an arrow or a + in them (a 
result of what should be a menu, I suppose)
3) then some other stuff

In IE 6 everything seems to be all right.

In Opera I have settings:
cookies accepted, plug-ins enabled, frames/inline frames enabled,
javascript enabled, style - author mode, images - view images.

Could somebody please check out this website?
Is there something wrong with their code or with my settings?

Clue:
I find that if I change to javascript off (and reload the page), that 
seems to remedy the problem...
Does it work all right in O 9.51, with javascript on?

Is there anything specific in the javascript code, that could easily 
be remedied?
