[OU] Problems with Picturetrail.com

I've been having problems uploading pictures to and editing albums at 
Picturetrail <http:www.picturetrail.com> ever since they made some changes 
beginning in June, 2008.  I've asked them for help several times.  Each of 
the three resonses I've received have recommended that I change my browser 
from Opera to Foxfire!  Two of these responses were even after I pointed 
out that I am a PAID SUBSCRIBER to their service, not a free-service-user 
AND that Opera had always worked fine BEFORE they made their changes.

1. My problems are that Opera with no longer work with the "Old-style 
Uploader" (which is more convenient for my use that the "New-style 
Uploader) to upload photos to Picturetrail.
2. Whenever I want to add photo captions or otherwise edit albums, I get 
the following error message:

Try refreshing your window in about half a minute.

If the problem lasts for more than a few minutes our technical staff will be
alerted and they will immediately work to solve the problem. Sometimes it can
take more than a few minutes to solve. But usually the system should fix itself
in less than a minute.

Sometimes "refreshing" eventually works, but signing out, then signing back 
in is usually quicker.

Does anyone here have any ideas?  If I had wanted to use the Firefox 
browser, I would have done so, but I've been using Opera for years and 
prefer it.  I don't understand why Picturetrail, which formerly worked well 
and smoothly with Picture, no longer works well with Opera and instead of 
fixing their problems, the Picturetrail techs want me to change my browser! 
Surely, I am not the ONLY Opera user accessing Picturetrail, am I?
