[OU] Access time

Hi,

I am using Opera under SuSE Linux 10.3 to access via a router the
DSL-network.

My problem:
It takes "ages" to get a connection to the network, to access a web site
(e.g. sun.com) and to switch within this web between the various pages.

Does anybody have a hint where I should start looking for a solution to
this problem?
(I do not have this problem on my Windows machine that uses the same
router)
