This dialog stores all sites that have individual settings -- which
can be individual cookie settings, useragent overrides, custom
stylesheets, etc..
You can safely delete any site from there, but you will lose any
custom settings for those sites.

Any site for which you selected and saved 'edit site preferences' will
appear there.
