[OU] Manage Site Prefs

When I go to Preferences, Advanced, Content, I see the option to 
Manage Site Preferences...

When I click on that up comes a screen called Server Manager with 
many sites listed and the ability to add, delete, or edit.

Most of the sites listed there I recognize, but some are not 
recognizable. Can I delete those I do not recognize or no longer use?

I clicked on Help at that point but did not get info on exactly what 
I was looking at. Is this documented somewhere else?
