[OU] Handling PDF externally

I'm trying to set up Opera (9.27, build 8841, WinXP) to handle PDF files
in a separate Adobe Reader window.
I've set AR to not open in browser and all is fine with IE7.
Not so in Opera :-(
I've Opera's PDF handling to use an 'other application' (because I have
Acrobat Professional installed too, so the default isn't appropriate).
My scenario is that Opera has open an (autorun) HTML page from a DVD and
the link there is to a PDF file also on the DVD, so now I can click the
link and the PDF file appears to open externally in Adobe Reader ... but
it doesn't, what actually opens is a cached copy of the PDF file in
'...\cache4\temporary_downloads\'. The result is, of course, that none of
the hyperlinks in the PDF file (to other PDF files on the DVD) work.
So how do I set opera to genuinley open the linked PDF file on the DVD in
an external Adobe Reader window?
= Malcolm.
