[OU] How do I set Opera to Display the URL when the moust is over a link?

In recent versions of Opera the address tooltip and the status bar are
mutually exclusive, you can have one or the other. To get the tooltip
requires the setting Axel has pointed out plus turning the status bar
off. Note that if there are fields in the status bar you still want to
see they can be moved to a different bar.
