[OU] How do I set Opera to Display the URL when the moust is over a link?

That window is called "tooltip" and is enabled with

Preferences / Advanced / Browsing and check "Show tooltips"

as I suggested earlier. If you hover a link for a second or two, such a 
tooltip should appear.
