[OU] How do I set Opera to Display the URL when the moust is over a link?

Yes, that was it. For some reason the Default Status field was no
longer in the proper spot. Dragging it back solved the problem.
It would be really nice to make the URL come up as a small window
below the cursor. Is this possible with Opera?
