[OU] How do I set Opera to Display the URL when the moust is over a link?

I would like to get Opera to display the URL when I hover over a link
on a web page. This setting is so well hidden that I cannot find it.

Also, it might be a good idea to move the support forums for Opera to
a different URL other than my.opera.com. The entire domain
my.opera.com has been blocked in China because of the blogs that are
posted on the same domain. Separating the Blogs from the Support
information might be a good idea.
