[OU] Scrollbar click event bug on Opera

Yes, I have submitted a bug report to the opera using that wizard, And I can
see no response, will the opera fix this bug? or give me some suggestion how
to fix it using some other methods, I really think this is a very common
bug, the scrollbar can not be hidden through the above element, that's
ridiculous.
