[OU] Problem replying with Opera Mail

I have just started using opera mail on a laptop with Windows Vista
Home Premium.

The senders address changes from

Roy Jackson <roy at squish.plus.com>

to

""Roy Jackson"<roy"@squish.plus.com>

in transit, When I attempt to reply I get an error message 501

because it has added more " and >
