Make an effort:
1. Go to Help > About
2. Find the line beginning with "Bookmarks", in the "Paths" section
3. Note the path to the bookmarks file
4. Go to your favourite File manager, and find the given folder
5. Copy the given file
6. (Probably) Paste it on an USB Key
7. Repeat steps [1;4] on your new machine
8. Repeat steps [4;6] considering the USB Key as the original folder
and the folder you found in step 7 as the destination one.
