[OU] Macromedia Flash 9 plugins won't install

That did it.  Many thanks.  The critical file I think was 
NPSWF.dll  I was looking for Flash.dll or SWF.dll. not something to 
do with Netscape, but I guess they all go that route.  Thanks again.
