[OU] Where is the lock?

I have had this problem.  If you are running Windows, go to Task Manager 
(ctrl-alt-delete), then processes, and you will probably find Opera.exe 
still there.  Highlight it and then click on "End Process" and that will 
close it.  I have had this problem several times and don't know why it 
doesn't close down itself.  I am running build 8805.
