[OU] using two copies on a network

I have acquired (by dint of handing over a wadge of money) a notebook 
computer. I installed Opera and my notebook Opera now tells me 
"another user" is using "the same copy of Opera" (huh???) and I must 
set up a separate account or something...

I have a wireless modem/router. (Made by Sweex, and it gets really 
quite hot. Everything made by Sweex that I have ever owned gets quite 
hot: my mini-USB-hub got so hot the USB pen didn't work properly.)

Help!!!

PS I have looked for "account" in Opera help, but help it doesn't.
