[OU] Auto-Detect Proxy Setting

Hello Everyone,

I know that this issue has been discussed in an earlier thread, but I
stumbled on the same problem and cannot do much about it.

My university network requires that  "Automatically Detect Setting" as
in IE or "Auto-Detect Proxy Setting for this network" as in Firefox be
used in order to connect to the Internet. Opera doesn't provide such
an option (not 9.21, at least).

Is there a way to make Opera also auto-detect these proxy settings?
Maybe it is possible to retrieve the fetched settings/pac file from
the Firefox config files and make Opera use them?
